astral projection help

I myself don't know a whole lot, but I AP'd out a bit ago, being a week or two ago, consciously for the first time. What I can tell you is, you body needs to be asleep, but your mind needs to be awake. if you areally tired, that helps a lot more. you can'take move, so pick a good position and the urge to move is real. it takes practice to do this part, but you need to mentally let yourself go and catch yourself before you drift off. trying imagining something, the more vivid you visualize something, the closer you are. once your body is asleep and there is no way it. an move even if you try, relax and use your imagination to move your hands ( you will need to "create" new hands, which will be spiritual hands). note, if you don't see them, don't freak out, you're good. if you can't life yourself up, then visualize a rope or ladders coming down above you and land close to you, then reach your arms out and start climbing. this is what I did, I still have no idea how to move around, but I did the first step.
