Which ever is easier to you, if it's the store then go to the store :).

Depends what you are trying to get. I do both but I make sure to check for quality either way by inspecting the item in person or checking the online reviews before purchasing.

Store may also be cheaper but go for what you want just check ots all safe to use if you will be injesting it
