So i always wanted a pet wolf that i conjoured and im just asking anyone if they know how to conjour a spirit wolf for my longing companion

Physically you cannot, but however you can summon a spirit wolf in the astral plane. You may also dream about your wolf, write down what he/she looks like, and imagine him/her being with you, aiding you in your spells.

Thoughtforms and spirit guides which are mental constructs rather than something you can perceive on the physical plane are possible, but obtaining a wolf spirit as a pet.familiar is not a concept I have ever heard of nor anticipate to be possible. A wolf by its very nature is not a tame animal and there's no reason to suspect if one could somehow summon the spirit of a wolf that it would feel inclinded to become loyal to you. The idea of a spirit familiar that can be seen and sensed on the physical plane is an interesting idea and may be temporarily possible to some extent such as the spirit/essence of a pet lingering after death yet what you're searching for seems impossible, like the ficitional Kekkaishi Honshu wolves.
