How to submit a spell?

It won't let me submit a spell I made on here... Can anyone help me? (New, sorry.)

To submit a spell to the site you must be of a council position within a coven or you can become a member of the coven/group Spell Casters. Spell Casters automatically places you as a council member, enabling you to then post spells and articles.
