Okay, so... I'm almost 13, I'm 5'7",and 180 lbs. I'm desperate to find some kind of weight loss spell- dieting is really difficult, and I rarely have time to run around or exercise. I know what people are gonna say- That the best way is through diet and excercise, stuff like that- but I can't. Plus, trying out a spell wouldn't hurt. My goal weight is around 130 lbs, so if anyone can recommend some legit, effective weight loss spells, I'd be extremely grateful.
Begin to be mindful of what you eat and what you do.
Make it a point to read say 3 articles about health every week.
Look for hacks to weight loss that arent dangerous but work over time: for example, drinking a lot of water, having green tea once a day, looking to substitute one or two things that you eat that arent healthy with something that is...
At 13 youve got a long ways to go in life. If you start being mindful of these things now, then youll do it for years and tyears and have a really healthy life. If youre looking to lose weight now, think in terms of say the next 2-3 years. If you achieve your goals before then...then good for you.
Dont be too hard on yourself, but at the same time push yourself to learn more about heaklth a become miore conscious of what you do and what you eat.
I really admire you for posting this and being honest and frank. That's a lot of aplomb and self awareness for a 13 year old.
You can learn to do meditation and visualization of how you want to appear and of being healthy and happy. thats another kind of practice you can do. See yourself being hapy and healthy and then do things that keep that going for you. And be patient.
When I was 13 I weight about 200, I know alot! I was about 5'7 I think.
I'll give you some tips on how I lost weight I probably lost over 100 pounds, please keep in mind I didn't just lose it over night or in a week it took about three years. I think I could have lost is sooner if I exercised more .
Anywho, Irecommend
Drinking Green Tea. Why? Because, it makes yourmetabolism faster and just drinking it burns 70-100 calories per day due to the antioxidants.
Sit-ups. This was easy for me since I was decent at doing sit-ups. Anywho, I recommend doing this because it firms up the rectus abdominus muscles.
Stop eating junk food, this was the hardest thing for me since I love sweets and candy. It was hard but I told my-self this is what I have to do and I did which helped me a lot.
You don't have to do this but I do strongly recommend drinking tea because of how it can help you. I drank two cups a day one in the morning and before going to bed. Green Tea, felt like it helped me the most!
I do hope this helps you in any kind of way! Goodluck!

Not quite a spell, but it is something to consider: get a lot of sleep. There's some weird connection between the amount of sleep people get and how much weight they lose.

I think there are some spells you could look at like ones to maybe help you focus on good behavior, eating healthier and not wanting snacks, and ones for like motivating you to work out? So spells that maybe change your habits and way of thinking. I dont think weight loss spells, like a spell thats supose to make weight drop off, always really work like they say they will...
Eating breakfast and making breakfast the largest meal of the day is also really helpful. Eggs are great for breakfast. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
I think everyone that has replied to you has given some very valuable advice. I've been overweight my entire life and it wasn't until my adult years that I finally decided to work on it. I lost 80 pounds in 2 years, with light exercise but a serious diet makeover. I incorporate portion control in everything, and eat very little of the unhealthy things. And water, water, water!!! Green tea helps too!
that spell helps with cravings and staying motivated, it won't make you wake up at 130 [if only it was that easy] but this spell will only work if you combine diet and exercise. and i know you said you can't, trust me, you can. evaluate your day. keep a journal, and write down roughly how much time you spend doing stuff for a week [8 hours sleep, 6 hours school, 3 hours homework, 1 hour dinner, so on] be as accurate as you can be, you will notice areas where you could slip in some exercise [say you spend 3 hours online each day, take half an our to do exercise. or combine it. if you watch shows you can make a game, like jumping jacks when your favourite character is on, run on the spot when they say a catchphrase, push-ups when there's a fight scene, so on]
you can also download fitness apps on your phone to keep track of your food/exercise. while i do not want you to develop an unhealthy relationship with food, it can be an eye-opener when you keep track just how much of what you consume [like you have tons of vitamin A but no potassium, or you're consuming a lot of added sugar throughout the day]
more importantly, you're still growing. you can talk to a dietitian or your doctor for help keeping healthy, but chances are you're going to hit another growth spurt soon which will even things out [that's what happened to me at your age, i shot up a foot over the summer everything evened out... which means you'll probably be twice as tall as i am in a year T_T lol] so if i were you, as difficult as it may seem, i would build a healthy lifestyle for yourself, and accept that everyone's different. while you can strive to do better, don't hate yourself [being your own best friend makes things easier. trust me, i spent years hating myself, even had anorexia, never lost a pound, once i stopped hating myself and focused on staying healthy i started to notice slowly things changed] you might also consider measuring yourself [legs, arms, hips, waist] because sometimes the scale will stay stuck at 180, but you gain muscle and your arms/back/waist toned instead. [or in my case your wrists and ankles get thinner. who does that?!] i know it's easier said than done, but trust me, it's better to laugh it off and be happy over obsessing over how you look/what weight you are at. best of luck ^_~
