Sending Messages

ik this might sound kinda stupid but does anyone know exactly how to send someone a message without them sending it to you first?

If you find the person you wish to send a message, click on their name to get to their profile.

Above their profile photo is a line of tabs, the second one in from the left, says "mail", click the tab and you will be sent to a mail page where you can send someone mail.

Hey just a heads up on this site you can't use abbreviations like "ik" instead of I know. This is against the terms and conditions of the site. I think that rule is so if there are people on the site that don't speak great English they still know what you're saying (anyone correct me if I'm wrong)

Thank you!!! 10 years on this site and finally, I can now send messages out without having to wait for someone to message me first. I feel so silly not seeing that before, am laughing at myself now. (It is ok to giggle too, I do see the funny side in this, lol!)
