Why would I answer my own question then post it.

By focussing the chi, instead of making it expand outwards you force it inwards and you force it to start compressing, it takes time and effort, but once you have done it once it is possible every time, also, to what degree do you want it visible, cause it will never look as solid as a rock as an example, for it is made up of energy, thus even though it is hard to the touch it will still only hold a certain degree of visibility.

yes once you do that it is much easer to make Psi portals

Just visualize the center of you psi ball, dont take your eyes off of it and you will begin to see its outline
