Avatar Problems

I am currently trying to change my avatar to something else, but when I browse for the picture and go to Save Changes after removing the previous one, I get my old one but with it looking blurred and distorted. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Just wait for a while and it will change(sometimes even a day or two).
