i need help.

i got into an argument with my mother today about a little thing that was not even a big deal, and then all of a sudden i could not controll my anger and ended up fliping out.

i have felt alot of anger in me for the past few months, could that be something to do with a spirit maybe? like maybe a spirit is controlling my mood and actions? i dont really know how to explain this but once i get angry, even just over a little thing i end up acting and feeling like im posssed

It is more likely that you just have a lot of pent up emotion. If you are worried about any spirits than you should cleanse your living space. A good thing to do might be to carry around calming stones such as sodalite, ocean jasper or amethyst or place them around your home.

Hey, I totally understand where you're coming from. A lot of times when we have too much built up inside of us it can get really hard for us to control it and some of us might even cry as way of releasing everything we have built up.

However, there are some ways to help and release all that anger, negative, or unwantedness inside of us. You can always meditate which is known to help control stress, anger, and decrease anxiety. It can also improve your health. Only doing it for 10 minutes a day is good.

Doing a self-cleansing ritual bath can also help you. A self-cleansing bath ritual helps purify both your body and aura. There are many different ways on how-to-do-itbut I'm sure you'll be able to find one on the site!

I like carrying amethyst and rose quartz in the same pocket when I'm feeling high in emotions like rage and nervousness or when I need to work on my patience. Amethyst is a stone of relaxation and rose quartz amplifies loving and positive energies.

Ritual cleansing and stuff may help, but what would probably benefit you most is talking to somoene if it's becoming a common occurance. Another extremely useful tool to the practitioner is self analysis. Understanding and objectively viewing your thoughts and emotional reactions is a valuable skill for life and magic.
