I think you mean vision improving. The answer is also no. I would consult an optometrist about glasses, contacts, or lasik if I were you.

You can also ask your optometrist about colored prescription contacts if you really want a different eye color temporarily.

Vision improving, i meant like no longer needing to wear glasses/worry about losing them to see. Contax are the same problem. Good to know that and changing eye color aren't possible. Thanks

Lasik corrective surgery is sometimes only a couple hundred dollars (not bad for surgery). That sounds like your best bet if you don't want to lose glasses or contacts.
