Dream Theory

This is less a magic related topic rather than a general topic for discuss but I have always had this particular idea or theory for dreams, and while it holds no evidence or makes no sense it is quite interesting to think about.
I am a strong believer in parallel universes and that our dreams are just glimpsing into the perspective of our other reality selves. Ever since I began thinking about that the more weird or disturbing things in my dreams make it feel all so real, I tell myself that at least it's not happening to me, that it's another reality but sometimes thinking like that is a bit dangerous.

What are your dream theories, do you believe that there are othe realitites?

I did actually used to think that theory was true for myself, but then I started to have dreams of Steven R. McQueen which kind of made that idea fall off the mountain of theories.

Currently I feel dreams are messages or signs from surrounding entities, wether it's a warning, or a wish, a blessing, etc. Most of the time I wil have prophetic dreams (like every 2 days) so I just go with the flow, and build the theories as my dream life goes on.
