This question seems odd and as they say "fluffy" but from what I've seen in the forums that there is this thing called a "psychic vampire" or whatever I think it's called. They say that they're people who feed off the energy of others. I don't believe in vampires at all and I find this to be quite ridiculous, but from what I've seen a lot of people claimed that they are real, even when they say that the holly wood type of vampire doesn't exist. Are there actual chances that things like these exist?
There is a chance they exist as it is inline with things like empathy but I cannot see any way to prove it. I have never seen this phenomena myself yet to my knowledge if it is possible most won't even notice anything amiss if they are siphoned by a psychic/energy vampire. In this sense the word vampire is just a colorful term for a physically ordinary person who has the innate ability to harness and siphon off energy from other humans. To my recollection of stories I've heard it causes no damage to the person who's energy is siphoned, does not give the "vampire" enhanced abilities, etc... This siphoned energy "might" give them a small caffeine like boost and can be used in spell casting otherwise I do not know of the value of siphoning off such energy. The most a person might feel after having their energy siphoned, assuming this is possible, is a slight touch of fatigue that a average person would brush off as completely normal with no idea anyone has tapped into any of their energy. Long story short yes it's possible but its not nearly as flashy as the mythical variety.
Actually yes. Psychic vampires do in fact exist. Psychic vampires are the name of people who feed off of the energy of others. I've met a psychic vampire before but I never called them out. What they usually do is that they tend to feed off of other people's energies by using feelings or emotions. They tend to be kind or in fact "too kind" so they can make your day a happy one. You'll know someone is a psychic vampire if they act too nice or kind to you. Now in some situations there will be people who do this normally and not know the costs of doing this but you'll know someone is if they act too nicely and then you start to lose energy both mentally and physically meaning you'll feel tired. If you run into a psychic vampire don't talk to them anymore unless you enjoy getting your energy drained. And the "psychic vampire" name is a exaggeration. I hope I helped. :P
Kind of... Also, you should be more respectful. Some people may believe in the mythological Vampires and you may offend them by saying you find it quite ridiculous. If I came here and said "I do believe in mythological Vampires and I find it quite ridiculous for people to not believe in them" someone, would gag me, because I'd be a "fluff"... They don't gag you because you believe they are non-sense but you understimade others's opinions no matter who those can be (according to the "rules" this shouldn't happen with anyone...).
Now..back to your question. Those are claimed to be energetic beings who feed off by the energy of others beings. Personally, I don't believe it's exactly like that. Because think, those are called to be low-vibrational entities. But anyways, if those entities got stronger and stronger by feeding from others's people energy and emotions they would have gone way too strong and the balance would be interupted.
But yes, they so have a way for draining people's energy (without feeding themselves with it). It can be done through Magick, I think I have done it to myself...
