fattening up a friend

I'm new to spell casting, but I really want to try a spell to help my friend gain some weight. He wants to gain so it's not like I'm cursing him. Can anyone help me with this?

Your friend should talk to his doctor and a dietitian so that any gain in weight is done in a healthy manner.

This is not something which can be accomplished with magic. To gain weight you need to take in more calories each day than you are expending in terms of activity. As was already noted, if your friend wants to gain weight than discussing this with a physician or a registered dietician and coming up with a healthy diet plan for weight gain is the way to go about it.
