Your height is determined by genetic and environmental factors. We cannot change genetics with magick and if you are an adult, or are not able to naturally grow any taller then spells and magick cannot help.
If you are still young enough, a spell could at best assist in height development, but it is still limited by your genetics.
Rikki is correct. There is no spell or magic that will alter your height or other physical characteristics of your body. Your height is the result of your genetic makeup from your ancestors and magic is not able to change that.
how about spells that help bones to grow I do have a friend that was searching for it a few years (5 to 7 year back).He told me that he found one at this forums it was a legit one and indeed helped him in growing taller in is late 20s around 26-29years old, when he use the chant he did a measurement and it works every night he will feel that his bones are somewhat stretching and he said it was somewhat pain but its not some kind of transformation or thing like that it just some kind of normal powerful height spells I saying this with full confidence that it did work. but so far the spells that I search here for height they are kind of not what I excepted (its more like a prayer for higher being to help out)haha,but if anyone found it and try it and work, remember my post please share with me haha and if I happen to found it too I share the love back
Something to be aware of is that everyone 'grows' a little every night, and 'shrinks' during the day. That is, the spine decompresses while a person lies down, and in the morning, the discs between the vertebrae are filled with fluid, which is the main source. The same can be said for most of the other load-bearing joints. During the course of the day, the body's own weight squeezes down on the skeletal system, compressing the height a little bit.
The reason I mention this is because some of these supposed growth spells are meant to foll people based on this:
"Cast it at night! You'll see immediate results the next morning!"
A lot of people may not know about normal skeletal compression, and might believe such claims about these types of spells working.
I agree with prsona. It sounds as though your friend has bought into a fake spell and his mind is convincing him of something that isn't really happening except in the way of the normal stretching/compressing of the spine. Magic is not going to make your bones grow longer, as has already been said. We are trying hard to tell you the truth and not mislead you.
As said before, magick will not make you taller, height comes from you're families genetics, though if you want to be taller or if you're friend wants to be taller you both could always purchase a pair of shoes to make you appear taller in height.
