Contacting spirit guides?

I'm not sure about how to contact my spirit guides, and if anyone could shed some light it would be much appreciated.

I would suggest reading Spirit Allies by Chris Penczak. It is a very good introduction to them.

There are many meditation videos on YouTube that are for contacting your spirit guides.
