Is there such thing as numerology spells if there is where can I learn that stuff , am export at numerology

You can always do spells with anything. As you know, each number has a specific meaning, and you can incorporate that into your spells and rituals by drawing a number, or representing that number with an item in that particular amount. The options are endless.

One way to incorporate numerology in a working is to use numbers of items which correspond with aspects the items represent. It is more than writing a number on a page.

Often, the numerological correspondences can be found in tarot decks made free of blinds; this can be another application, as associations with the number are in the imagery of the card (again, if the artist did no go too far to hide the esoteric aspects by changing or omitting things in the card).

But say, for example, you want to attract love. Brief research will show correspondences with the numbers Zero and Six. As it is difficult to include zero of an item, you choose to use 6 of things. conveniently, the major trump 6 is The Lovers. It includes imagery of two people with their own differences, the potential for growth, overshadowed by an angelic being. The card Zero is The Fool which is full of symbolism about beginning a new journey, leaping into the unknown (off the cliff in the RWS deck, for example), and the like. You use six of some key items to bring the point home: Six red rose petals, writing intentions six times, and the like.

It is not that it is a "numerology spell;" it is that numerology is used in the course of the working.
