I need help on summoning dragons, fairys, and other creatures. Those who can help, please help me.

To summon fairies place bread, milk, and a natural sugar in a bowel and leave it outside for them. Make sure you have something for them to do after they they "eat". Trust me you don't want to attract them and then have them be bored.
