Question of Mine

I would like to ask for a shapeshifting spell. I am currently testing several spells, however the only one that worked slightly had left me paralyzed for several hours. I cannot find too many people who have the knowledge of such a spell. I hope someone can help me.

what's the one that left you paralyzed?

I would half project and alter my form there, and then push through the plane in the middle and pull my energies together with the opposite charges, my physical negative and my astral positive, and I've tried the other way around. I would then push through and let them attract util they stuck. It took my core 3 days to collect back after I did these tests.

your core? hmm well ti seems cool mayeb you shoudl ask for proetction first like the god and goddes angel or the elemtns to watch your workings..?

oh shape shiftign spelsl (like of been todl) cna be dangerous you need to STUDY the body for to the every leeter.

haha, I've studied my goal form more than I can stand. I've purchased several books solely on the subject, and yet again, I achieved the form for the most part, I only became paralyzed, but asking for Gods' help is probably the best idea. Thanks.
