astral projection crystal

i read online that amethyst, fluorite, and clear quartz can help with astral projection if you keep them under a pillow when you are about to go to sleep, is this true?

This site says to work with them when you are sleeping or meditating, so yes keeping them under your pillow is a good thing to do.
