Odd?

So tonight is the full moon and when I looked at it I noticed that it had a red and blue rings around it that are barely could see
Am I going crazy or something else?

This is more usually a 'Natural Phenomenon".. sometimes called moon rings. Old timers had a name and called them "Moon Dogs" Usually white, but sometimes colored because of smog or other stuff in the atmosphere. Smoke can cause blueish rings while dust usually causes red.
