anyone feeling weird?

Hi all,
These days, I have been feeling quite odd. Like all the energy around me is heavy and different. Other sensitive souls I know have expressed the same feelings. Has anyone been feeling like that? What do you think?

I honestly find myself feeling that way each year, at this time. The energy always seems to feel stale and sluggish in the later winter months, to me anyway. I like to do a deep cleansing of myself and my space, and try to get out in nature a bit more (weather permitting) and it seems to help quite a bit.

Agreeing with Misanthropy, its this time of year, had to do a bunch of cleansing myself. It may also have something to do with the plants and their current alignments, that's what my Grams told me anyways, Its suppose to get better after this month in the event its not you can do some cleansing methods and remove the negative energy from your life. I feel the exact same way! Like @Misanthropy said, getting outdoors definitely helps. I try to meditate as much as I can; it helps to clear my mind and body of a lot of the heaviness.
