A little story. I recently bought a bag of "protection" crystals from another site. I put that word in quotes because some of the crystals have uses outside of protection and I may utilize some for something other than protection. Anyway, without going into too much detail, I got them because there is a negative influence at work who recently made an accusation that could have gotten me fired or at least suspended. I essentially wanted these stones to protect me from her aggressive influence.
I selected from the bag a hematite for my left pocket and an obsidian for my right. When I took them in my hands from the new bag I could feel the energy buzzing through me, so I figured that they would be alright to use right away without charging them for a little while. So far they have worked VERY well. This woman hasn't even come out to look at me, and I return the favor by not going near her room. At this point I should mention that I work in a nursing home taking care of elderly (dementia) people. When I went into another difficult lady's room (not the lady I initially was using the crystals for protection from), her reaction made me a bit uncomfortable. When I normally help her, she usually says "ow" at everything- including simply removing the blanket from her, and she generally repeats herself getting louder each time (what Seems like her way of demanding an apology). Usually nothing I say will console her or make her feel better, and she will simply look for more reasons to get mad at me and have an excuse to degrade me. Unless I can get done very quickly, this will either result in her eventually screaming "ow" or "your hurting me!" or her insulting me in some way (the day before she said i talk like im retarded). Well this day, with my stones/crystals in my pocket, I approach this woman and start working with her and she starts with her ow ow ow, but this time when I spoke to her she got quiet. For the rest of the time that I was in her room she didn't say much else- as if my words had silenced her. Then I went to work with her roommate, and the first lady is just STARING me down the whole time. I gethered my supplies- stare, I put the roommates bed up- Stare. I became increasingly uncomfortable at the amount of staring she was doing- and she didnt seem to be blinking! I pulled the cutrain for privacy of the roommate, but also out of sheer discomfort from having someone seemingly stare into my soul in a half dark room (I work 3rd shift and try not to make more of a disturbance than I need to while they sleep). Then when I was done working with the roommate and pulled the curtain back- SHE WAS STILL STARING! For a moment I thought she might be possessed the way she was staring. As I gathered my supplies and the trash and put the bed back down, her dark eyes observed my every action until I was finished and able to leave the room. When I checked on her later she was asleep, but I wondered just what about these stones would cause such an uncomfortable reaction. Or just what about her would cause it.
I did not think it was excessive. It is hardly more than one sentence of capitals in total. I would gladly underline or italicize next time if I had the capability.
Since I assume you're using your crystals daily, are you cleansing them daily? Often when we're using crystals daily it's only natural for them to pick up on the different energies, and to some people who are super sensitive to energies can notice this. Some people might not even want to talk to you because of the energies they're picking up on.
