Sigils and meditation

How can someone create a sigil for meditation. I know how to create a sigil but I don't understand how a sigil, which needs to be forgotten, can be used for something for a recurring thing like meditation. Can you use sigils in a different way?

The whole sigilsneed to be forgotten theory is old and not true for every practitioner. It is true for those following the psychological model of magick and for those who seriously doubt that magickexists. It neednt be forgotten, you can instead charge it like a talisman and place it away safely when not in use and take it out when you meditate.

I follow the psychological model of magick

Then simply create a sigil which goes along the lines of

"Everytime I meditate I will ...."

Another thing others do is to create multiple sigils for things which are long term and you know are going to be constant needs. Store them all, eventually, you will forget what sigil is for what therefore bypassing the censor of the mind.
