Banish, Bind or Freeze?

Good afternoon! I am very new to this site and to magick in general, and I need help. I am looking for help writing or finding a spell but I'm confused as to what I need. So here's the deal - there is a person who has been bothersome in the past and I want him to not bother me anymore. We are both married but he insists on reaching out to me and talking inappropriately, no matter how much I ignore him every few months he pops back up. I guess my question is what kind of a spell can I do / write / find to keep him from further contacting me in the future? Should I be looking for a "forget me" spell? A freezer spell to prevent further contact? I would really like if he completely forgot about me as if I never existed. Advice please!!!! Thank you.

Banishing spell would be great for that.

Have you told him, in very precise and blunt terms, to leave you alone and not contact you again?

I would end the marriage before going forward, so maybe a justice spell to convince him to get the divorce. After you're legally detached, I'd get a freezer spell to stop him from bothering you. Banish works too, but I would try the freezer first. If this person keeps perusing you and it's becoming troublesome I would vanish them [i would also call the cops and gather evidence]

I had an online stalker once, I made up my own spell to get rid of him, it was a mix between a vinegar and binding spell. I can't remember most of it since I went off script [i charged so much energy my anger took over and it was basically me ranting about how he had to leave me alone. It worked, so no complaints, I just didn't have a chance to write it down lol, I remember the bare bones of it should you require it]

I think a banishing spell would work better. Or maybe a binding spell to the one he's married to.

i would recommend using the herbs (Both plants and Trees) Cactus, Cedar, Bamboo, Yucca, Yarrow, Willow, Thyme, Sage, Oak, and Parsley for banishing.

White candles would be good to use if you don't have any black candles.

As for crystals, I recommendObsidian, Jet, Black Tourmaline, and Smoky Quartz.
