How would you go about unbinding yourself if you're not sure who bound you.

There are a few methods out there, most involve a personal clensing of energies and re-affirmation of personal authority. Some include a mindful act of reparation or personal growth to in effect remove the necessity of the binding to begin with.

Of course the more information available, the easier it is to fasion a specific solution. Even if you don't know the source of the binding, understanding what is being bound and why it might be in place might offer some direction. Anything you can share would be of assistance.
