Feathers on the store

Anyone know how they get the feathers from the store page on SOM? Couldn’t find anything, thought I’d ask here. Thanks.

That’s the part of the online store I meant. I want to know how they obtain them. So are the birds killed for their feathers or do they come off natufally?

Depending on the feather some are molted while others are a by product of the farming industry or taken from a deceased bird due to other causes of death. As far was we are aware no feathers we carry are from animals killed just for their feathers.
