is there a spell to help with nausea linked to severe anxiety?

I'm assuming this is for the friend in martial arts and approaching it that way.
I'm not sure how old the person going through this is, but if they're a minor and there's an adult who is supervising you all, please get them as soon as possible and notify them as to what is going on.
Personally, things I've found to help: If possible, lying on one's back and putting one's feet up can prevent dizziness from anxiety, which can contribute to nausea. Breathing exercises are honestly incredibly beneficial for anxiety. I personally use four-square breathing, which is counting to four as one breaths in, to four while holding breath, to four while breathing out, holding again, and continuing.
One shouldn't completely avoid eating in these situations despite nausea, especially if it is for martial arts, but something easy to digest would probably work the best. If there's difficulties getting food down because of anxiety, blending something so it's drinkable (such as a smoothie) can be much easier.
Though I wouldn't personally turn to a spell in this case, using small herbal remedies can be helpful. Ginger is helpful for nausea. My go-to anxiety tea is ginger with a drop of lemon juice and a spoonful of honey. It's easy on the stomach and soothing. If you have access to essential oils and there aren't any sensitivities to them, diffusing some into the air can be relaxing as well as help with nausea. (Mint, for example, is quite helpful for carsickness and nausea from nerves.)
If you want to do a spell, a quick candle one could work. You could use black as a banishing ingredient, but white is fine, or another color as long as you know why you're using it. Use the candle to symbolize stress, and as the candle melts down, so does the level of anxiety.
While these things should work in isolated cases, if this is a regular thing for someone, especially if they react this way to things that don't warranty extreme anxiety, professional treatment would be more beneficial, such as seeking a psychologist.

Alright, well the things I suggested are the same that I would have either way, so the advice still stands. Again, though, if this is something that happens often it's best to seek professional help rather than relying solely on magick and herbalism.

Your best bet is to contact your physician or call your local emergency service for assistance.
