Apologies for taking so long to log on again and reply, apart from a new hectic job my health has not been the best lately.

Actually, I do have a reason to be here today--a request for a suggestion. I need ideas on what to put into a poppet for a healing spell. The specific problem is respiratory-lung-bronchi stuff. Would you have any suggestions?

Should I post this question elsewhere in the forums?
