Do our words have power?

I came across this documentary (https://dausel.co/QW7W4j) and it got me thinking, beyond just spells, beyond intended magic, how much do we have to watch what we say?

In the video they talked about how our words and emotions can affect the physical world around us. I know this is something we all know, obviously what we feel can affect how we act and what we do, but this video suggests that words and affirmations can affect physical change in living objects.

I guess it's something I've always thought was true, but to actually see some of the effects of the experiments conducted in the video. It's different actually seeing physical proof.

But I don't know, how much do we have to watch what we say at all times? I know that when my temper gets going I have trouble holding my tongue, I'm sure I'm not dealing with that problem. but how much do our words actually hurt do you think, and how much can you actually think before you speak though?

Our words have a profound effect on our reality, and even more effect on how we perceive that reality. And you are correct that we don't watch what we say as carefully as we should. No one does. We all have our moments when we say things and think things that we don't mean. These words do effect things around us. That is why it is so important to not only be conscious not to put the wrong words out but to also make amends and repair anything done by those words. Even if you don't believe in karma, you are still putting things out that affect the world you live in. Just be responsible.

Everything is about your words. Even unspoken, thoughts are words. Affirmations, intentionally or unintentionally, cast out in the universe to vibrate energy back to you
