Weight loss and magic.

I get asked this question quite a bit. Im going to clarify.

Magic alone cannot make you loose weight/get muscular if you dont put in the necessary effort.

i work out daily and eat a healthier diet. I do ask to the universe for extra encouragement if necessary.

If your still eating junk food and not moving from the couch, but relying on magic alone to make you loose like 10 pounds... it wont work.

If you are having trouble loosing weight even though your doing the right steps,it could be something wrong.

i wanted to put this in the forms because I hate answering the same question or similar.

Hate to break it to you, but as a member for 10 years or more I can tell you you'll have to repeat yourself a lot. You might want to save the link and just send it to people who ask you the same question over and over.

That said, you are correct, all magick requires mundane efforts or sacrifice to work. If you want to loose weight you need to be willing to give up free time or those chips you love. Some forms of magick go further [especially when working with a deity] there is always a cost. It might not be an eye for an eye, or karma, but you need to give something to get something. You want a job? Pass out some resumes. You want good grades? Study. You want friends? Dont sit alone and avoid socializing [as an introvert with social anxiety I know the struggle of that one, but if you want friends, you'll have to say hi to people] if magick was as easy as waving your wand and getting whatever you want I would be living the easy life on a farm in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of animals.

In totalagreement with what has been said above. Although I do have one more thing to add:

Please be mindful of what you are putting in your body.

I have seen a lot of online spells saying they can help you lose weight, that encourage consuming things that are incredibly unsafe such as essential oils. These will not help you lose weight and can create damage to your body.

If you do attempt to do some sort of spell for motivation, or if you're at that point and cannot be discouraged, please just make sure that you are informed and that you are not going to ingest something that could hurt you. If a spell is telling you to do something without doing the research, or something drastic, don't blindly believe it will help you just because of "magic".

I think this is important for any kind of spell you are doing, understand the components. But sometimes it can be more dangerous than others, so I'll repeat myself once more: do not consume anything that could be harmful to you just because a spell tells you to.

Good point. I'm sick and tired of seeing people asking if you can use magic to change your body or DNA, magic can't help you with that. I just simply ignore those questions and don't even answer anymore.

I have also heard the opposite is true, that it does work, but because you are not putting in the effort by doing mundane actions which constitute a healthy lifestyle the spell instead manifests as an illness which causes weightloss.

All magic can do is encourage you. I agree with that. Im a swimmer and on a strict diet myself.

If you need to loose weight, the metabolism is the key. As it burns fat and gives you enough energy.

depending on your body type, get enough protein in your diet to build the muscle.

you also shouldnt rely on magic alone to do the work, then its like:

Whats the point of the weight loss journey if you dont do any of the work?
