Sell house spell

I'm looking for a spell to help convince my sister in law to by my house. Shes on the fence so I need something to help get her there.

There's a tradition of praying to Saint Joseph to sell a house, and bury is upside-down near the for-sale sign (or in the case of not having a sign, find some other landmark near the road, I guess; I've even heard of people putting him in flower pots). He hates being upside-down, and will do everything he can to be righted. When the house sells, he should be placed up-right in a visible location, and honored for his help. Since you have a specific buyer in mind, let him know that you need his help convincing your sister-in-law to purchase the home.

It's saint Joseph. You say a 9 day novena to saint Joseph,and put a statue of saint Joseph upside down in front of the house you want to sell. It supposed to work like a charmed as long as it's not dug up before the house is sold.
