Spell gone wrong ?

Hello !
I'm sorry if this question is on the wrong side of the forum.
The thing is I did a spell for dreams like a month ago, I dreamed once but not again, meanwhile, my boyfriend started having weird dreams every night, since I did the spell. He didn't know I did the spell or that I'm even into spell casting and magick.

My question is : can a spell do this effect ? Like take place for another person instead of the caster ?

This could be possible, but it's not very likely unless you either cast the spell for him or your intent was not in the right place while casting. If you let him slip into your mind while casting that could have affected it. Otherwise, it's probably unrelated and mere coincidence.

If your magic begins to affect people other than yourself, you should begin to consider how to protect others and keep your magic focused. Spells for yourself should not affect other people, and you generally shouldn't cast spells for/on others without their permission, especially if it can have any potentially negative effect. If you truly do think the spell impacted him, you should probably work on concentrating your magic more to make sure no one gets hurt accidentally by your craft.
