i cant make a psi ball

i cant make a psi ball.maybe i can,but just can not see it.will anyone help me?

To make a PSI ball, you concentrate the energy from your stomache to your hands.

It's best if your hands aren't touching, it loses focus and concentration. Also, try closing your eyes and imagining it.

Meditate before doing so. It truly helps.

Get a quiet area to do this.

Make sure nothing bad or exciting it on your mind when doing so. That leads to loss of concentration.

Me? I have struggled to make a PSI ball many times. xD But I just know some ways to help me make it.

Basically, Try to replicate a physical grabbing-a-ball feeling, without using your physical muscles to do it..

No, you can feel it..
If you want to see yours, you'd need to open up your 3rd eye (6th chakra I think) + try to see it with your 3rd eye open..

any tips?

Very rarely will you be able to see a psiball. Unless you have a ton of energy and most people don't have enough. You may see an occasional spark but I only feel the weight of the ball on my hand when I have made one.

or you must condins the energy it will be small but it will be visible
