Cloaking/Stealth spells

I was wondering if anyone knew when the best time to cast spells that make it more difficult to notice someone or something would be. I was thinking sometime on or around the New Moon since that is the time it is basically invisible. Some feedback would be nice before I give it a try, thanks.

You can cast them whenever. If you're casting on yourself, you're simply grounding your energy, so it can be done whenever. If you are casting on an object, the new moon could work, as well as the waning or the full moon. [waning takes energy away, and since you're cloaking the energy, that might be the "best time"]

The last time I cloaked anything it was during the day. I'd say most any time would work.

It depends on whom, you are casting the spell and with what intentions. Let's say if you are casting some protection spell or healing spell for yourself or enchanting some object ,should cast it in daytime or on full moon night.however in the case of casting some dark spell or some sort of revenge ,should wait till no moon night or noon time when most of positive energies are dull and during casting ritual should add the intention of spell to remain hide or unnoticeable by writing same spell on paper and hiding it in black piece of cloth.surely it will work.however I suggest to never use any negative or dark energy or spell.
