I have arthritis in my ankles and feet, is there a way to banish it? Will bay leaves burning help?

Mint oils and cold packs can help ease inflammation and some pain but ultimately you or whoever your trying to help, the more movement will help. If you have medications that will help.

I have arthritis too (juvenile) and I've found that balm type things can help, especially with mint in them as someone else mentioned, but honestly I'd suggest movement. It really does help, and given that it's in your ankles and feet, it may help if you practice on your feet for however long you can each day without hurting yourself. Sometimes it helps me if I do my witchcraft activities/rituals standing up and using higher tables so that my knees and hips can stretch. Hope this helps you some!

You poor things! I know of a medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis (that I was put on for non Arthritic issues). I shouldn't put the name in chat but email me if you want the name if it will help you.

I have found relief from my arthritis pain through the magical healing properties of Epsom salts and baking soda. I utilize them in cleansing baths to detox my body of the many harmful chemicals that build up within the body. Left unchecked many any of these toxins willincrease inflammation in the body only leading to more arthritis issues. I also wear copper in conjunction with magnets to decrease the pain I feel in my joints, I specifically wear bracelets made of copper and they contain sets of magnets. They help with all of my joints not just the ones near by like my hands and arms. Movement is also a key to managing this type of pain long term. The more you stay moving the less you will hurt and the exercise will keep you in better shape and feeling healthy because excess weight can increase arthritis issues as well as other health concerns. Personally I find Yoga the best form of exercise to mange my arthritis and I practice it daily. I believe staying strong in mind, body, and soul by taking good care yourself, for this alone is the best types of energy work one can do!
