Colloidal Silver

Hi, was not sure where to ask this so I thought I would try magic items.
I understand the uses of colloidal silver physical in its healing and antiseptic qualities helping the immune system etc.
What I was wondering has anyone knowledge of any magical properties that it may have or is predisposed to.

There's actually no factual evidence of the supposed health benefits of drinking Colloidal Silver. In fact it only seems to have negative side affects, such as Argyria (your skin turning blue, because your body can't metabolize silver so it just builds up in your blood stream) and ironically it prevents your body from properly metabolizing antibiotics. Ironic because the product (falsely) claims to be antibiotic itself.

As far as magical properties go, assuming you aren't planning to consume it, it should have the properties of both silver, and whatever substance the silver particles are immersed in, usually water. So whatever the properties of silver and water are should both apply to Colloidal Silver. Just don't drink it.

There is some evidence that Silver Colloidal, ionic only not the metallic, is beneficial to the immune system and body. There is a difference between the two and one is not like the other. Topically the ionic silver colloidal has amazing antimicrobial abilitiesto treat a wound or fungal infection of the skin or nails. Silver is often used in bandages however too much and this useful healing metal can cause damage to surrounding tissue, so caution should be maintained while using and one should always consult professional medical advice prior to trying anything to treat a health related issue or concern.

Not a good idea to eat silver, garlic is better
