Tired after Spell Casting

Last night I cast a simple curse and released all my frustrations while casting. After performing the spell, I was tired and went to bed. Oh dear lord did I get the best sleep of my life. I’ve been suffering from insomnia for the past 2 years but I slept 8 hours, I didn’t have any bad dreams and woke up ready to take on the world.
Question: Is this normal when casting curses or hexes?
Does this mean that the spell possibly worked?

You probably spent a good amount of energy doing this, and/or the emotional release helped that.

Energy drain after casting is perfectly normal. It depends on the kind of spell and how much energy one needs to cast a spell. Always look after yourself after casting spells. Try and ground and centre yourself, grounding will help you feeling a little better after spell casting same with centring yourself. Try and spend some time outside in nature if possible.

Nature helps recharge us and also ground us. Drink some water and eat some fruit to help feel better. You can also listen to HZ music on youtube. Rest afterwards and by the next day you be back to your normal energy level. It may also take three days to heal depending on how big the spell itself is.

It’s funny I’m usually exhausted and craving a nap around noon time (and that’s after drinking coffee!) but today I feel great and energized.
