The energy in the sense fo how the world is reacting or the virus itself? I benefited from the self-isolation. I used the time to relax, learn, practice, meditate, and get into new routines. This isn't what happened for everyone, I was very fortunate [my work shut down and recently reopened, I never lost my job, or had a dip in pay, not to mention my benefits weren't cut off and I had video conferences with my therapist so it worked out as a paid staycation where I didn't run errands but instead focused on me] In that regard, it's been positive. Where it slips up is, I would walk through nature daily, and I went two months rarely if ever leaving my apartment [excluding the balcony] so the fresh air, exercise and connection with nature was changed.
What I found interesting was the energy before the pandemic. I was dealing with a ton of tower energy starting in late December and the week of February 13 was the worst point of the energy. Mercury retrograde was ending with Friday the 13 on a supermoon and I think a meteor shower or some other energy shift [honestly forget but it was like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday were energetically significant moments] So the tower burned everything to the ground and I spent two last two months rebuilding. Many people I spoke with suffered a horrific Mercury retrograde, so I feel it's just the natural destructive setting us up for change.
I don't pay much mind to the virus outside of basic safety precautions for myself and others. That being said, it doesn't impact my practice in any way, really.
I agree with Sylv and Prsona, It isn't affecting my craft in either a positive or negative way, it's kind of just there. With that being said, I do feel that quarantine is giving me more time to tend to my plants and the craft, but the actual virus is not impacting it in any way x
Many experienced practitioners can shield themselves from the influence of outside energies like that of the pandemic that the world is currently enduring. There is certainly a lot of energy flying around out thereat this time, being aware of it is not the same as it effecting or influencing ones magic. Although I have sensed a lot of prayer and devotionals as well as magical workings occurring around me on this plane of existence as well as others,it has not effected castings for me nor disrupted or enhanced any abilities. I have cast for protection from the virus as well as other current world situations at hand. This practice is just another step as I walk my path becoming the best being I can be and that has some influence over my energy but it's more of an inner influence rather than an outer.
