So I've been doing these spells to get this exact manifestation, but it hasn't been working so far. I tried to set time constraints on it and they haven't worked and I really need this manifestation to work. So can anyone please recommend any spells I can do or anything I can do to get this to work?
Also yes, I have done everything within my physical power to get this without using magic, please help
First and foremost, if it's not something you could reasonably attain without magic, manifestation will not work for it. You cannot manifest ice powers or time travel, for example.
Secondly, some common issues people experience with manifestation can be things like being overly specific. If you detail your wish exactly to the point it's in drastic detail, it won't work out for you. For example, if I were to manifest, say, a car, I would be able to specify a make, model, and color, but not everything down to the most small details of the vehicle. (This is not to say you can easily manifest a car. See my fourth point.) You could also be lacking specificity needed, as time constraint is not the only way to be specific about the issue. However, an overly specific time constraint will also fail you. It's about balancing it and giving the universe time to work.
Third, if you often dwell on the object of your manifestation, it will be harder for it to actually occur. It is best to do the meditation/spell, then forget about it as best you can.
Fourth and finally, you have to work with the universe on it. You can't manifest that car then refuse to get a job, make money, leave the house, or do anything that helps you achieve that goal. A manifestation is not the universe doing everything for you. You have to give to receive.
There are, of course, other reasons a manifestation may fail, but these are in my experience some of the more common ones. It would do you some good to objectively look at and see why your manifestation may be failing, and what you can do to improve the situation. Just because working towards it in real life hasn't been successful, doesn't mean that now you can stop that work and solely rely on magic. It works best as a combination.

Your questions and requests remain entirely nebulous, which makes it very difficult to help you. What sort of thing are you hoping to manifest? That would be a better start to this.
I genuinely don't remember making a thread in April, I mean I probably did but I have memory problems. I genuinely don't know what it was about.

A way out of your current situation is too vague to actually manifest as it has way too many possibilities. I'm not sure what your situation is, but it's highly likely this isn't going to be resolved by magical means.
