From whom do you want to be possessed

Posession isn't something that's accomplished through spells, and it's nothing like how it's portrayed in media.

You can't possess a person through spells, the Hollywood makes it look like you can, but sadly it's fake.

I know I have been possessed by a demon not like Hollywood shows its completely different

You cannot be someone else like ever. Not in this life nor in death. Your consciousness can take a back seat, so you can be possessed by entity, but this entity cannot stay for long. Even in death you are yourself because even though you have no body, your conscious does not disappear. You cannot possess another living person either with spell or any other magical working because you cannot simply cast aside their own consciousness either. Entities do not have bodies like us humans. More or less we are attached to our bodies until we die.

I think you should start working towards loving yourself more. Going to therapy or doing some self-development, self-love courses. Not wanting to be who you are is very dangerous state of being to live with. It leads to nothing good.

Possesion is used for higher consciousness and to gain knowledge. .

There are several powerful spirits that can actually possess you and take charge of your consciousness,the entity will dominate your consciousness and you will act according to the entity’s will,the entity will either need to be casted out by a powerful spell or ritual or the entity might leave on its own free will before you can gain your consciousness back.although it’s not how it’s been potrayed by the Hollywood but your consciousness can actually be messed with
