Someone has harmed my kid

I need a spell for someone who has abused my step kids and the state dont care no one will help us take the children she has threatened to kill the children so please help me

I have worked for many years in law enforcement and several years in Child Protection Services. Unfortunately, the state (regardless of which State you reside in) is confined to policy and procedures that are outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (Often referred to as SOP's) which prevents them from taking custody or becoming involved in a Family Matters case unless they can prove to the court and Guardian adLitem that abuse or neglect exists. This is frustrating for many that see the abuse first hand (and yes, abuse exists not just physically but mentally as well) and the State does nothing to help.

I would start by first documenting everything. If you create a paper trail (saving text messages, video recordings, letters, witness statements) anything that captures the abuse and report it every single time it happens (don't wait until you have a lot) you will start to build your evidence to support the claims and the State will have more leverage in court to be granted involvement either for State supervision, custody or placement. Documenting is your best support.

For your children I would look at protection spells. I wouldn't go after the abuser, they will get theirs in the end as karma keeps track of things. Protect your children with a protection spell and make sure they are reporting anything that scares them or harms them but don't coerce information. It should be documented in front of a non-bias third party.
