Silence spell

There is a toys shop right under my appartement and his owner is continually playing somgs loudly using a speaker ! And I live in a narrow quiet street so the noise is loud and I can't sleep !
Please tell me of a spell that can silence that speaker or only silence or even reduse the noise that reaches my appartement. Well if you don't know one maybe you can say a spell that can destroy the speaker ! That's really irritating and I can no longer be tolerant with this

Ear plugs.

Does the person who runs the shop know you? If not, it may be worth the trip down and either shopping there but complaining that the music makes it too loud to comfortably shop and difficult to hear other poeple speaking. If you want a less underhanded method, introduce yourself to them as a neighbor of the business and ask them to not play the music so loud.
