Lost connection

Hey All! So after about 3 years of losing myself I am returning to this magical place! However, I am not connecting as easily as I had thought I would. When I realized my abilities at a young age, it was super easy for me to connect 6 years later when I could understand it. Now it’s been 3 years and it’s not going so well. Any tips you could give would be so appreciated! I used to dream of something later to come, and I feel that’s been buried, is there any way to dig that back up or did I lose it all together in my time apart from this

I'm not someone who believes you can just suddenly loose any magic connection, but it's like muscle memory. If you don't do anything with it for years you still have it, but you need to give it a kick start again. I would recommend starting back with mostly basic things, and keep working on that for a while. You should be connecting much better within some time. Best of luck with that!
