Question

Does anyone know in any of the covens if there are spells with or without ingredients to cause people to turn against one another?

I have a group of people that deserve this and they are destroy my bosses ministry and creating problems for him.

I need something that turns people away from eachother as punishment. I need these people out of my boss's life forever. I could use the help finding something I can release built up anger with.

Meditation is the best way to release pent up anger. Moving meditations can really help like going for a run, walk, or bike ride. Shooting hoops; kicking, hitting or throwing a ball; and even yoga will help the body, mind, and soul release the frustration, disappointment, and rage on can feel at times while trying to live and navigate in this maddening and often terrifying world.

I suggest a banishment for the issue you have described with certain people causing negativity. Look into the LBRP or Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. It's ceremonial magic from the Golden Dawn however it can be performed by anyone and your index finger can replace the dagger if you do not have one.
