I was doing a meditation last night as I have been dealing with a hardship recently. I got a couple 'images' of certain shadows in different places. One of which was more odd than the others. It was a shadow of what looks to be a humanoid deer creature? It had longer horns and a red lit background that seemed to have a bridge or some kind of wooden building. Does anyone know who it is or if it's another spirit?
Sounds like maybe a Wendigo? It's a type of demon. Or it could be a dark spirit that means harm. Maybe keep a protective energy force field around you and cleanse your home.
It is usually premature to assume a demonic/malicious arrival as your first conclusion. It isn't impossible, and it is always wise to have boundaries for your space and specific rules for what you will allow within your home, but chances are higher that this is something more personally symbolic or figurative.
Take mental notes on as many details as you can. Was it a deer? Did it give you any specific emotions as a response? This red-light tone, did it feel overtly relevant, or just coincidental to your environment? Was there a reason for the red light (sunset, red-leafed trees, fire... etc). What about the scene. Did it feel familiar? Did the cabin look like any specific kind of structure? Was there an impression of purpose? (Basic shelter, a safe place, a holy place/church/druid home... that sort of thing)
Research the different details and the sorts of things they can symbolize. Put them into context with eachother and see if it gives any insight. For example deer typically relates to acts of rapid leaps forward. Finding grace and action swiftly when 'danger' rears its head. But it can also represent flightyness, and leaping away from challenges instead of facing them when it is time to. The color red tends to represent alertness, a need for action, and a need to pay attention.
I do second the idea of doing some cleansing of your space however. Work to build an atmosphere of positive energy in your area. A little incense if you can (just tell people it smells nice ^_^). Put a small mirror at your windowsill or hand a dreamcatcher (they look nice as decorations), and overall keep a conscious thought towards the idea that only beings of love and light are allowed within your space. So basically, if an entity isn't there to help you grow as a person, then it's a size nine boot out the door.
Do you live near a bridge or something? Maybe there's some old wooden structure you've been wanting to visit? Usually, these dreams are supposed to be signs of darkness. If there are any bridges or wooden buildings near where you live, or any other buildings that look similar to what you saw, stop and think whether or not you should go there. This dream could be a message from a deity or the universe, a warning of sorts. Be careful, and don't go near anything that looks like what you saw in your dream. Tread carefully...
When I saw the spirit, I really didnt feel scared or negative about it at all. However, I really don't get scared of negative spirits/entities at the same time. When I lived across the country there was a bridge but it wasnt wooden or similar to the one I saw. The bridge looked more like a old styled bridge.
Maybe it's something in your future? Maybe there'll be some place in your future where there'll be a bridge similar to the one you saw. It could be a warning to stay away. Try doing some divination and try putting up a ward or at least a banishing spell. After the banishing spell, simply put up a circle of salt around the house. You got all the bad spirits out of the house using the banishing spell, and you'll make sure they stay out with the circle of salt.
