Reversal spells?

Hello. I made an incredibly stupid mistake in a spell. I casted one that fed off my energy which blocked the sound of fireworks and now I can't reverse what I did! Every day I wake up tired no matter how long I sleep. I have tried to take down this bubble I made but I can't do it. To make things worse I didn't set an expiration date for it. Any help welcome

Well...I don't know much about what you can do, but I know one thing. Spells will stop on their own after the energy is eaten up completely. It should expire soon. Perhaps try exercising more? Or eating more fats or carbohydrate (healthy stuff, not McDonalds or something). Do mundane things which will counter the effects of the spell. Also consider a trip to the doctor. That's probably one of the first things you should do.
