Astral projection learner

Anybody know where I can find a *readable* article on Astral Projection?
The only one I can find was written in a poor format... no offense to the person who wrote it though

Astral Projection is very simple, in a daydream state with your eyes open see yourself where ever you want to be, see yourself doing whatever you want to do, do this repeatedly until both are real, example flying in the night sky of russia viewing the tourist sites.

Reality is only what your brain shows you. hes the father of AP and it will explain alot to you and show you interesting theories from what he learned.
