Please help me out!

I am in a real pickle.

I have a crush on an anime character and really like the person,is there perhaps a way I could remove it?

While it's not all that uncommon for people to develop crushes on fictional characters to some degree, it's usually not a problem as far as I know. If it's interfering with your ability to develop relationships with real people though, then I'd say it's a problem.

I would recommend starting by spending some time thinking about the fact that you can't possibly have any sort of relationship with this character in real life. Perhaps consider not watching anime with this character in it for a while as well. Do other things that will distract you.

Stop watching that anime for a while. Remind yourself it's just a cartoon, not a real person. Redirect your attention from allowing fiction like that from having any kind of direct impact on actual real life.
