i've always felt like something follows me, not all the time, normally around holloween the feeling of being watched leaves. but a couple times, i hear voices, and sometimes [like two nights ago] i get really scared and it feels like someones in my room [twice i swore i saw someone pacing in front of my bed] do you think a spirit is following me, or am i crazy and wish one follows me? i've tried a few spells to see ghosts, but nothing happens, just quiet. any sudjestions?
Well you tried spells to see ghosts, and now you fear that one may be following/watching you?
Well one is most likely following you,
because you called it and by using those spells,
your allowing it to,
(I've said this before to someone else for a different reason)
but your allowing it to inter into your life,
by summoning it with a spell.
no, i've felt somethings folowed me since i was little, when i got older i could hear it [nomally a male voice sometimes i hear other voices] so i did chants and spells to see if something was there or if i was imagining it but i never see/hear anything when i do the spells

you might just be able to hear them.

What spells are you doing,
they might be scared,
or the spells might have no effect on them.
k, i tried reveal or hear spirits where i meditated and chented 'spirit show yourself, spirit reveal, spirit come to me so i know you're real' and a few other chants like that. nothing really ever happens when i try spells, i think it won't work for me. i was going to try a candle spell i just found to welcome the spirit.
the voice i normally hear is a man [i think he's young] sometimes i hear a man and a woman screaming, but i haven't hear them in a few months.
that's what i believe fully, so i want to see for myself, to prove nothings there. a lot of my friends say i'm being followed, but i don't think anything woulf follow someone like me.
i just am used to it, but i am never with out a spirit near me. but it does sound like you have at least 1.but it also sounds like you are being too light in your meditations and chants...too pleading or too much like requests. many spirits will refuse your spells and chants because they dont respect you. try being more demanding and assertive towards them
