Energy Sensing

First, Im sorry if I add this thread on the wrong forum.

As of late I have gotten really good making psi balls, and creating energy to feel the energy from the Psi. Now I want to learn how to sense other peoples/spirits energy. I would like to know how someones energy feels like if that person is sad, happy, angry that kind of thing

and would also like to sense the energy of spirits/ghosts.

How can I practice this?

If you want to learn how sense the energy of other people and spirits you can attempt this method and see if it works for you. Similar to how an otter with push a bubble out while it's underwater allowing the bubble to attach anything in the water to the bubble where it promptly pulls that bubble back into it's nose allowing it to "smell" things underwater, you can do this with energy sensing. So start by raising energy, once you've raised an ample amount push it outwards onto an object , wait a few seconds or so, then pull that energy back into your hands and pull them through your arms and shoulders, then into your chest. You'll notice a difference in how your energy feels. You can then send that energy downwards into the planet. When you repeat this you'll find your get better at it when you compare how your energy felt before and after. Also on an unrelated topic does anyone know why they're called psi balls? I always called them an Energy Ball. Maybe it's just a tomato tomahtoe kind of thing.

No, I dont know why they are called Psi balls, I think people have different names for them. Psi Balls happened to come up top so to speak.

You are correct, people call Psi balls a lot of different things. Where I'm from, it's either Psi Ball or Chi Ball, with some people calling it chakra balls
